A Manufacturing Company currently has an exciting contract opportunity for a Recruiter. Qualified individual must have at least three years of experience providing full cycle recruiting support in a mid-large size organization. REQUIRED FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner closely with hiring managers to coordinate and drive high-volume recruiting activities Ensure that open positions are posted on internal and external career sites Oversee the recruitment process from initial requisition through hire Aggressively phone screen candidates and set up interviews Manage the recruiting functions with day to day operational planning needs Coordinate all pre-employment experience checks and other necessary testing. Maintain recruiting reports and assist in tracking talent acquisition metrics
