Shipping Clerk - (Mechanicsburg, PA)

Randstad is hiring for a second shift shipper in Mechanicsburg, PA! Temp-to-hire position $13.75/hr to start; very progressive pay scale if hired on full time! Hours are Monday - Friday from 1:30pm - 10:00pm. Communication abilities with freight carriers preferred but not required. Working hours: 1:30pm - 10:00pm Skills: **MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SHIPPING & FORKLIFT BACKGROUND** -Responsible for creating Bill of Ladings and for appropriate documentation for shipments as needed -Communicate with carriers, shippers and customer teams to ensure trucks are properly loaded and unloaded; provide detailed directions/instructions to carriers as needed -Update receivers and customers on load status as appropriate -Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by leadership.
