Locations include :Rome, NY ROME MEMORIAL HOSPITALWound Center: Wound care has become big health care in Oneida County. The Rome Memorial Hospital Regional Center for Wound Care opened with 4 treatment rooms and 2 hyperbaric oxygen chambers in 2013. The centers treat wounds, mostly diabetic, venous and pressure ulcers and offers HBO for patients who meet specific criteria.
