Property Manager - Commercial Major Commercial Real Estate Firm is currently seeking a qualified individual to be responsible for the oversight of a portfolio of commercial real estate properties and the management of junior Property Management personnel. Responsibilities: Financial and administrative oversight, including preparation of annual budgets and capital plans, monthly and quarterly reporting, annual operating expense and real estate tax reconciliations, variance analysis and rent collection Effective management and oversight of junior Property Management personnel Daily site operations, contracted services and oversight of engineering/operations personnel Oversight/coordination of tenant improvements and base building capital work as required Fostering/maintenance of strong tenant relationships and oversight of tenant retention program at assigned assets Coordination with Normandy leasing group and outside brokers Interaction with the Accounting and Asset Management groups Participation in
