Procurement/Inventory Specialist - (Gaffney, SC)

Responsibilities: Assist in the investigation of invoice discrepancies Assist in providing forecast details for vendors Evaluate and order BOM hardware, chemicals, and packaging, per established inventory targets to ensure adequate supply to support production Perform cycle counting process per established program. Document results and work with accounting to correct discrepancies Expedite materials as required Assist in MRO ordering process; serve as back up to MRO attendant when needed Track down and resolve physical inventory variances to system data Interact with production to facilitate and support improvements to inventory control Maintain all required and appropriate records and documentation
