Research Scientist - (Spartanburg, SC)

Auriga Polymers Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Indorama Ventures PLC is seeking a Research and Development Scientist to join our global Research and Development group. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with demonstrated capabilities and effective communication expertise. This position would be located in Spartanburg, SC. The Auriga Polymers Inc. Research and Development Scientist is responsible for product research and development in support of strategic and overall Indorama Ventures' objectives. Responsibilities / Position qualifications: - Develops and characterizes resins, formulations, and applications in a laboratory setting to pilot plant operations and in turn to commercial markets - Provides technical support to R & D, plant operations , customers and the business team. - Collaborates with the sales team, other Indorama Ventures subsidiaries and partners with customers and suppliers to commercialize resins and applications.
