Junior Rubber Chemist The Jr. Rubber Chemist will be involved in support of new product development and manufacturing. This will involve the design, execution, analysis, and interpretation of experiments in an accurate and timely fashion. Experimental results will be written into detailed reports and presented to the technical and business leadership of the company. The incumbent will eventually be expected to provide additional value by combining chemistry with operational knowledge to offer suggestions and improvements, and to create new compounds for transfer into production.
