Seeking Quality Engineer first Shift - CHAQUA Position title: Quality Engineer first Shift Industry: Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Location: Canton, GA Qualifications: Four-year college diploma and / or equivalent plus 1 to 3 years related experience in ISO 9000 Quality Systems and/or ASME, European Directives; or equivalent combination of education and experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft office suite requiredASQ CQE, CQA, and/or CMQ/OE preferred.Demonstrated quality program implementation background requiredEnsures compliance with Class II Medical Devices including but not limited to, the Medical Device Directive, ADR/Transportable Pressure Equipment Directive (TPED), FDA/21 CFR 820, and certification of DOT-4L.Coordinates and ensures successful completion of 3rd party audits.Performs and coordinates internal audits/training to ensure continuing compliance with quality system standards (ISO 9001 & 14001) and the manufacture of safe productsPerform statistical analysis of production process
