Phoenix Manufacturing, a manufacturer of precision machined aerospace components in Enfield, CT, has immediate openings for experienced Quality Engineer (QE). Responsibilities: Interpret engineering drawings and confer with management or engineering staff to determine quality and capability qualifications.Work with engineering to determine process controls including gaging qualifications.Create and revise Inspection plans and 1st Article form (AS9102).Coordinate PPAP processing and completionAssist production by providing specification review and implementation to assure process integrity.Assist with other Inspection Department functions as required Qualifications: 5 yrs Background in Aerospace quality and/or engineeringAbility to read complex blueprints
