Quality Assurance Engineer - (Springfield, MA)

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce's client in the Greater Hartford, MA area is currently searching for a Lead QA Engineer to join their team. Summary: The Automation Tools being used for this role are Selenium and QTP. QTP is an absolute must for this opportunity as applicants must understand the Object Repository in QTP. The applicant will be responsible for development of technical testing strategy/plan/cases. Duties: Provides technical ability in testing and is responsible for testing quality from start to finish; this includes contributing to test strategies, development of prioritized test qualifications and test cases, construction and execution of test plans, and the evaluation of test results Defines test qualifications and cases; participates to ensure test plans and scenarios deliver high-quality solutions that satisfy business qualifications Derives test scenarios/cases in accordance with testing strategy and risk based test methodology; ensures traceability back to qualifications and solutions
