Quality Control Technician - Food Manufacturing - (Salem, OR)

Kelly Scientific is currently recruiting for a hiring a Quality Control Inspector to work at a Food Manufacturing company in Salem, OR. This is a temp to hire position. This will be an M-F swing shift position. Responsibilities: Monitor our products on the production line from a raw to a finished state Conduct pre and post operations inspections Monitor product specific quality attributes of work-in-process material to ensure customer and internal quality standards are met Ensure that every lot has met the target analytical values before being packaged Assist in maintaining the Company’s GMP, Sanitation, Food Safety and Personal Safety programs Collect customer specific and finished product samples from each batch Qualifications: one year of background in a food manufacturing environment or AA/BS of applicable education in a science related position (e.g. Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, and Nutrition).
