Quality Manager - (Bonner Springs, KS)
Purpose of the job To implement and maintain systems that assure product quality, compliance to food safety, food defense and Legal qualifications throughout the supply chain. Result Areas Monitoring, preparation and handling of internal/certification, suppliers and external audits (customer audits, quality audits, ISO, BRC, IFS, Autocontrol, CSM qualifications, BIO, RSPO). Main responsibility for Food defense and HACCP. Implementation, maintenance and control HACCP-system Management of CSM Benelux and local specification (raw materials, packing, end-products). Responsible for intercompany quality management: succession of legislation, regulation and alert system communicated by the Europe CQT and implementation of this in the site. Management of quality control (raw materials, line, hygiene and end-products), control of products with deficiencies (complaints and blockages) and succession of calibrations. BSEU-reporting complaints. Plan and organise trainings concerning quality.
