If so, please read on! We are looking for an energetic Cruise Sales Agent with 3+ years of background to join our team! You must be able to work rotating shifts as late as 8pm and Saturdays until 5pm. Overview: Our clients are experienced cruisers and expect top service. We do not discount and we do not cold call. Each of our guests is surveyed tow or 3 times per year as to their upcoming vacation plans, and you must maintain these contacts with your guests in a sensitive and caring fashion. You become the only contact a guest has before or after booking, and provide service for every aspect of their travel.
