Cruise Specialist Responsibilities: - Managing transactions and offering alternative solutions with the objective of retaining customers. - You must have at least 1-two year(s) of relevant background. - Handling customer questions with high degree of courtesy and professionalism. - Making financial decision to protect/collect revenues and adjust customer accounts. - Utilizing a variety of systems and web-based tools to research travel options. Min Requirements include: - You must be experienced in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft excel and Microsoft word - You must possess effective communication abilities, and expertise to sell - You must be able to multi-task and have the initiative to take on special projects - You must have a high-school certificate or equivalent.
