Cruise Specialist Responsibilities: - Managing transactions and offering alternative solutions with the objective of retaining customers. - You must have at least 1-two year(s) of relevant background. - Handling customer questions with high degree of courtesy and professionalism. - Making financial decision to protect/collect revenues and adjust customer accounts. - Utilizing a variety of systems and web-based tools to research travel options.
