Prominent South Carolina law firm seeks an experienced defense focused Litigation Paralegal with at least five years of background to join its Columbia office. Applicant should have the following: Defense Litigation background (background should be current or very recent) ; Background in Defense Hospitality Law such as slip falls/restaurants/bars/retail stores ; Familiarity with HIPAA regulations ; Background in a law firm setting ; Expertise to work a case from beginning to end ; High proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Suite ; Background with Needles software ; Effective communication and management expertise ; College diploma and Paralegal Certificate from ABA licensed institution.
