Production Supervisor- Third Shift - (Worcester, MA)

This is a third SHIFT position. Monday -Friday Responsible for staff, production schedules and product quality for a manufacturing operation. Execute production schedule; ensure timely and efficient production flow within and between departments Communicate priorities, issues and problems to other departments Ensure 6S procedures are followed and ensure all machinery, equipment and work areas are clean and orderly Ensure a positive working atmosphere is maintained at all times. Promote team building Coordinate the general training and assist in the scheduling of training and cross-training of operators. Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance and product quality. Assist in the interviewing applicants for positions and Administer disciplinary action Lead the safety culture in the plant. Support and contribute to current Total Quality Management (TQM), 6 Sigma, and ISO standards.
