Responsibilities of the CCA Department Head will include but are not limited to the direct training and overseeing the training of all CCAs in the department, preparing employee schedules and providing adequate staffing, ensuring accuracy of client invoices and payments, and managing accounts receivable and review end of day processing. The Client Care Associate Department Head should consistently contribute to a spirit of pride and excitement in that each employee is part of a team practicing excellent medicine with a high standard of patient, client, and referring veterinarian care.
