Community Engagement Specialist Department: Omega Women's Leadership Center (OWLC) Reports to: OWLC Assistant Director Classification: Exempt Summary Guided by the Omega Mission and OWLC Vision, the OWLC Community Engagement Specialist directly supports the OWLC Director and OWLC Assistant Director, working closely with OWLC teammates and other organizational stakeholders to develop an engaged women's leadership community and support active organizations and leaders whose work aligns with OWLC impact goals. The Specialist also works closely with Omega's Chief External Affairs Officer and Community Engagement Manager to formulate, recommend, and implement policies, practices, and program design change to ensure effective intra-organizational communication, and resource sharing for all community engagement programs.
