Director of Sales - (Laredo, TX)

Job Information Staybridge Suites Laredo, Tx, a leader in the hospitality industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably with limited-service hotels, to join their team as DIRECTOR OF SALES. The Director of Sales is responsible for conducting outside sales calls, obtaining new business accounts, conducting site tours, networking within the local business community and driving sales. The chosen individual will also be responsible for sales forecasting, creation of promotional material, and maintaining constant communication with the General Manager to include weekly revenue meetings, action plans and sales activity logs. Position responsibilities Prior experience as a DOS or Sales Manager in the hotel industry required. Upscale extended stay brand hotel experience desired. Highly motivated individual with strong initiative and desire for achievement. Excellent technical skills required. Good communication and presentation skills.
