Food & Dairy Analytical Chemist - (Delhi, NY)

Responsible for conducting complex chemical studies and quality tests using state of the art analytical equipment. Experiments performed on organic and inorganic compounds and materials. Computer skills and knowledge utilized in projects regarding organization research, production, or operations, utilizing independent judgment within defined parameters to determine an appropriate approach or provide recommendations backed by analytical data. Duties: Quality execution plan: Translate the Company policy for the own functional area into an operational execution plan for the organizational unit(s) and or 3rd parties and ensure execution hereof. Execution Quality Control: Conduct checks within the designated discipline, register performed checks and submit report findings resulting from analytical testing in varying complexities relative to the type of test and test equipment used where necessary, against customer qualifications, standards and tolerances and in consultation with relevant internal parties.
