Liability Consultant - (Windsor, CT)

Where Great People Build Successful Careers. The Hanover is seeking a Liability Consultant to join our growing team in our Windsor, CT office. Position overview: Technical claim oversight and directly handle and appropriately monitor the supervision of high-level liability severity claims reported to company by its 3rd party administrators. Ensure adequate and immediate large loss notification is communicated as necessary to designated parties within the organization. Direct and control the investigation and timely disposition of claims which exceed underlying authority of 3rd party administrators and as otherwise warranted. Provide assistance when requested to program audit and provide guidance and oversight to assure competitive and profitable claim service.
