CRM Business Readiness Consultant - (Louisville, KY)

Role: CRM Business Readiness Consultant Assignment: Shared Services Process, Integration & Enablement Location: Work at Home ; Louisville KY, Green Bay WI, or Cincinnati, OH In this key role in the Shared Services Process, Integration & Enablement department, the CRMS Business Readiness Consultant will be responsible for achieving engagement, success metrics and customer satisfaction by structuring and managing CRM Service initiatives within the Salesforce.com technology platform. This role will begin with the design stage and will power through implementation and finally move in a Run the Business Sustainment phase for on-going tracking purposes. The Business Readiness Consultant will be the primary liaison between Shared Services, Call Center Operations and IT.
