Financial Consolidation & Reporting Manager - (Livonia, MI)

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Financial Reporting and Consolidation and has two direct reports. The position is responsible to ensure Divisional compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards and IASB rules and regulations; ensure high-level of quality in the Division's implementation and maintenance of reporting infrastructure; assist with the implementation of new IFRS standards; and support preparation and review of internal financial reports and statements to be distributed to internal constituencies. Major Responsibilities 25% Provide technical accounting consultation and support to internal constituents regarding IFRS and practical implementation thereof, including special projects related to the merger and other technical areas.
