Environmental Services Manager - (Iola, KS)

Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed. Establishes the schedule and plans daily work assignments. Trains and coaches employees in laundry and housekeeping. Manages customer housekeeping problems. Inspects and approves staff work performance. Demonstrates leadership and training to staff. Communicates effectively with staff. Meets productivity goals. Develops and trains staff in cleaning, laundry procedures and in department and hospital policies. Trains staff to meet legal and regulatory standards. Orders cleaning materials and other supplies as needed. Maintains the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc. and the appearance of the housekeeping areas. Performs regular inspections of facility to ensure appropriate sanitation, order, safety and proper performance of assigned duties. Prepares and maintains the Housekeeping and Laundry budgets. Develops and maintains policies and procedures for housekeeping and laundry services.
