MAINTENANCE PLANNER - HOT STRIP MILL LOCATION Mobile, Alabama INDUSTRY Steel Industry DESCRIPTION Working at the the Hot Strip Mill you will: Maintain maintenance planning schedules for the Coiler/Reheat Furnace systems at the Hot Strip Mill. Screen incoming work orders, identify scope and analyze required level of planning. Plan for shut-downs. Estimate required hours on work order tasks, total work order duration and skills required to perform the task. Ensure availability of parts required to complete the task. Upon completing of jobs, communicate with Electrical and Mechanical regarding ideas and procedures that will make future jobs more efficient. REQUIREMENTS BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related position. 5+ years of Heavy Industry Maintenance background.
