Facility Management Call Center Energy Management Systems (EMS) Programmer - (Chicago, IL)

Job Overview: EMS Programmers are an integral part of the Facility Management Team supporting all Macy???s Inc. locations by scheduling lights and HVAC within workplace standards while creating a comfortable shopping environment for our customers. Energy Management Systems (EMS) Programmers perform the duties of a Call Center Rep as well as scheduling and tier one trouble shooting for 650 stores. Required functions: Schedule, monitor and adjust lighting and HVAC for stores nationwide. Schedule all holiday, inventory, special events and sales for lighting and HVAC based on workplace standards. Monitor store temperatures to standards and trouble shoot with field technicians any lighting or HVAC issues. Analyses on all EMS related issues and provide resolution partnering with field team when needed. Document all maintenance info in Enterprise Asset Management System. Special Projects as assigned Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality is required.
