The Senior Leasing Consultant, under the direction of the Property Manager, is responsible for the overall marketing and leasing of Brighton Village.? They will promote the positive image of the apartment community, assist management with resident retention, and supervise the leasing team in maximizing occupancy. ? Responsibilities Train, motivate and lead leasing team to reach leasing goals and achieve optimum occupancy at the property. Manage all leads from Yardi or property-specific lead management software. Monitor all ad sources to ensure they are updated and correct. Monitor and update Social Media web sites. Develop a good knowledge of the local market and competitive (comp.) set. Monitor and direct leasing activities. Promote a quality living environment for residents and positive working atmosphere for teammates. ? Communicate effectively with the Property Manager and/or upper management to keep them apprised of rental activities.
