Controls access to client property as required. Monitoring entrances and exits to prevent unlawful or unapproved entry. Patrols client property on foot or in vehicle; deters theft or vandalism and checks for unsafe conditions, security violations and unauthorized persons. Provides excellent customer service; provides a courteous, respectful and pleasant interaction with each client employee and visitor. Presents a good impression of the client and Andy Frain by maintaining a professional image and greeting people in a polite and friendly manner. Responds to accidents, conditions, emergencies or incidents in accordance with established procedures and/or through training or certification; assists as required, protects evidence and provides direction or details to others. Prepares logs or reports as required; recording accidents, activity, incidents, and observations. Writes and/or types and/or enters details on paper or in a computer using standard grammar and punctuation.
