Maintenance Technician - (Boston, MA)

Responsibilities In coordination with Facilities Manager and the other skilled trades at the facility, is responsible for daily property inspections, prioritizing work orders, handling urgent requests, responding to client's work order request for maintenance and facility/equipment repairs, assist with the moving of critical equipment throughout the premises and ensuring the completion of any and all assigned preventative maintenance work and procedures, ensure the cleanliness of the premises via inspection and light supervision Performs and assigns resources to handle general repairs and services in all maintenance related disciplines, including; carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, finish work, painting, custodial, etc. Performs facility mail, shipping and receiving duties as detailed on mail operations scope of work when required Coordinates with other technicians in the repair and service of building and central plant equipment.
