Customer Service Rep - (Maumee, OH)

As the Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for: - Track and review warranty and claims processing status - Answer phones and handle issues/complaints (roughly 75-100 inbound calls a day) - Expertise to solve problems/situations that differ, requiring constructive thinking/imaginative approaches - Provide product availability details to customers - Process claims and warranties and issue credits - Maintain a quality assurance rating - Track shipments and provide trouble-shooting - Make outbound customer service calls as needed - Communicate order status - Answering phones and service customers by resolving customer complaints About Aerotek: Our people are everything.
