Customer Service Representative/Security Officer - (Lancaster, PA)

: To provide a safe and secure environment for all residents, employees, and other persons utilizing the facilities and grounds. Interacts, directs, provides info for residents, families, and the general public. Performs general clerical duties and routine typing duties; does related work as required. Responsible to monitor appropriateness and safety needs of resident movement through the front entrance to ensure protocols are followed. In addition, monitors appropriateness of visitors and their facility access. Execute instructions in emergency situations. This position is Part-time, 11p-7a, Friday and Saturday, every other weekend.
