Home Health Aide (HHA) / CNA - (Gainesville, FL)

DESCRIPTION Follows a plan of care to provide personal care services to a patient under the direction of a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist or Occupational Therapist. REQUIREMENTS 1. High-school degree or equivalent. 2. Certification as a Home Health Aide. 3. Min of 1 (1) year experience in home health care preferred. 4. Training by an accredited vocational school or hospital; or currently enrolled in an accredited institution of Nursing with 6 (6) month’s clinical experience. Curriculum completed must include nutrition and food management and meet the min hours required by state and federal regulations. 5. Experience investigation acceptable to the Agency. 5. Certification of required in-services. 6. Current C.P.R. certification. 7. Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability coverage.
