CAPCO Head Start/Early Head Start Director The Cortland County Community Action Program, Inc. (CAPCO) is accepting candidates for the position of Head Start/Early Head Start Director. Full time, Exempt position with benefits, min of 37.5 hours per week. This position is responsible for leading and directing the administration and implementation of the HS/EHS Program. Manages HS/EHS Management Team who supervise all Program Staff. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the program. Candidates must have a min of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Early Childhood, Elementary Education, Human Services, or related position; plus a min of three years' experience in supervision of staff, fiscal management, administration, and leadership. Applicant must possess exceptional communication abilities with expertise to write funding proposals.
