Staffing Coordinator - (Dayton, OH)

Job description: The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for the interviewing and hiring of caregivers; overseeing daily/weekly staffing activities and ongoing supervision of caregivers to ensure quality care is delivered per client care plans. Will be responsible for staffing/scheduling of caregivers for all clients and ensuring staffing/scheduling needs are met on an ongoing basis. Performs various supervisory activities for scheduling appropriate caregivers to clients, manage high telephone volume on a daily basis, expertise to answer email and phone calls after office hours and other duties as necessary. Reports to the Director of Home Care Services/Business Operations Manager. Key functions :
