OVERVIEW: The Manager of Benefits is responsible for administering the medical, dental, vision, life insurance, pension, 401 (K) and other and benefit plans for the Company. Monitors and updates the benefits programs to ensure alignment with business objectives. Implements best practices and technology to deliver and communicate the benefits programs. In addition, the Manager will coordinate with providers to ensure customer service and continuous improvement of services.
