Pro Resources Staffing Service has a contract opportunity for a qualified Production Supervisor in Muncie, Indiana. This position will last at least 6 mnths. second shift. Must be willing to work overtime including every other weekend and be willing to work a contract position. The Production Supervisor manages operations and resources, monitors and improves safety, quality, productivity and financial performance of their areas. They maintain a positive employee relations climate, control variable expenses in the production and maintenance processes, develop, facilitate, and guide work teams to satisfy customer, shareholder, and employee relations.
