Position overview:Responsibilities Applicant will take ownership of the Trade-In section of Verizonwireless.com, with accountability over its sales performance, as measured by conversion rate. Applicant will not only generate strategic initiatives, but will also be responsible for driving projects to completion by directing the work of designers, IT, project management, and testing teams. Applicants must possess an extensive experience in ecommerce with demonstrated success in driving sales increases. Assignments include: --- Creating a vision and clearly articulating strategic direction to large, geographically dispersed teams in order to deliver initiatives to completion. --- Providing direction to operational teams, including design, IT, and testing. --- Taking accountability for meeting sales targets through the execution of strategic initiatives that enhance the ecommerce site.
