The CRM Manager will provide strategic leadership and lead the internal and external business partners in the planning, strategy, production, execution, reporting and analysis of CRM databases and outbound email marketing. The perfect applicant will be able to review and analyze CRM databases and implement customer strategies. Background managing the email process worklfow including development of email/content calendars is also a responsibility of this applicant.
