Veterinary Receptionist - (Geneva, IL)

State-of-the-art veterinary hospital in Geneva, Illinois looking for a receptionist who will provide outstanding customer service as the 1st point of contact with our clients. Duties include: -Interacting with clients in person and on the phone -Responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and corresponding with area hospitals using multi-line phone system -General cleaning and organization of hospital including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting -Maintain electronic medical charts (background with cornerstone software is a plus but we will train!) -Assisting doctors and technicians with tasks as needed -Retrieval and delivery to and from owners of animals that are grooming/boarding with us -Educating clients on heartworm, flea, and tick prevention, surgery discharge, medication instructions etc. -Processing payments Potential applicants must possess: -Expertise to perform in a quick paced environment -Positive attitude -Pleasant presence in person and on the phone
