Property Manager and Resource Coordinator Position details Our Property Management staff ensures the operations, maintenance, and finances of our properties continue, uninterrupted, providing stability and structure for our residents. The Property Manager and Resource Coordinator is responsible for the general management of our affordable housing property as well as working with residents to develop activities and services that fit their needs and empowers them to reach their highest level of self-sufficiency. In addition to property management related activities, the applicant for this position must also be willing to work in the community, establishing relationships with other service providing agencies, to help better serve our residents.
