Shipping / Receiving Clerk or Customer Service Representative For New Warehouse in Groveland, Florida Roles & Responsibilities: Point of contact for inbound and outbound shipment Assign inbound and outbound truck into dock and validate necessary shipment document and IDs Utilize warehouse management system daily to release, track, generate shipment pick-lists Enter all company's shipping and receiving into warehouse management system Assist warehouse management and leads daily in warehouse shipping and receiving activities to ensure that all transactions are processed timely Assist in the reconciliation of inventory variances related to receiving and shipping. If unable to resolve, report such variance to supervisor and/or management for resolution Assist in the generating system and non-system generated of labels and bill of lading Maintain a file of inbound and outbound shipment Maintain a clean
