Untitled ASSISTANT WAREHOUSE MANAGER second Shift 4 Seasons Produce Inc, is searching for an Assistant Warehouse Manager to support the second shift selection and loading operations in our state of the art warehouse facility. Responsibilities: work under the direction of the shift manager to understand and support operational & personnel priorities; work on the dock with warehouse teams to ensure safe and efficient operations; collaborate closely with Leads to develop their capabilities; work collaboratively with management across all shifts to ensure thorough handoff of responsibilities; support all work safety, food safety and continuous improvement efforts. Requirements: Must be comfortable spending 80-90% of work hours in a refrigerated warehouse. Min 1 yr background as a Lead or Supervisor in WH operations. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including training & directing others. Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. Basic technical skills. Min HS Diploma or equivalency.
