PURPOSE Develops and manages the corporate marketing and sales strategy to ensure exploitation of new markets, retention of individual customers, strategic pricing and the attainment of annual revenue targets while providing all plants with the opportunity of optimum utilization of their productive capacity. CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas. Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans by identifying new markets, recommending changes to pricing policies based on burn capacity and market changes, and developing contractual relationships with major customers. These activities are directed to ensuring max long term profit and meeting market share targets. Establishes annual sales revenue targets for each sales region by deciding market strategies that make the best use of plant capabilities.
