Administrative Director (BSN) of Surgical Services - TX - 27001591 - (San Antonio, TX)

Our firm is working on behalf of a large health system in South Central Texas near Kirby, TX in the San Antonio region, who is in need of a Surgical Services Director. This is an Administrative Director role. We have a proven successful track record of placing leaders with this highly respected health system. You MUST have a BSN. In this role you will be overseeing about 100 FTEs, but most are not direct reports. You will be working alongside a Director of Operations, OR Educator, a Scheduler and a Biller. So here is what their surgical department looks like: * There are nine OR Suites, one Cysto, 1 GI Lab. * Specialties include Neurosurgery, Orthopedic Total Joints, General Surgery, Laparoscopy, Caridovascular, Peripheral Vascular, ENT/Head & Neck. * There are three da Vinci Robotic units specializing in Urology, Gynecology, Single site general surgery, ENT and Cardiac procedures.
