The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer ACNO will oversee all the hospital operations of a 100+-Bed acute care facility. The Director of Acute Care Services will collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer to set goals, department planning, improve quality and safety outcomes and increase customer satisfaction. The Director of Nursing Operations will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and be the 2nd highest executive level position over the Medical Center. The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer ACNO will play a vital role in executive administrative decisions and analyzing and comparing reports to resolve complex problems within the healthcare facility and determine policies for improvement.
