IT Product Support Analyst, Business Aviation Cabin Services (Military Veterans - (Annapolis, MD)

**Requirements:** Required experience --- 1 to two (2) years of proven work background in IT support environment. --- 1 to two (2) years of background in troubleshooting desktop applications and troubleshooting of operating systems. --- Proven working background in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux based environments. --- Basic knowledge of LAN protocols and networking. --- Knowledge of various software products, expertise to determine hardware and software problems, and excellent problem resolution skills are required. --- Capacity to work in a team setting as well as contributing on an individual basis. --- Expertise to communicate clearly and effectively with the team --- Superior written and spoken communication abilities. Education: --- Bachelor---s Degree in Computer Science or related position is required; in absence of a degree 6 yrs of related experience.
