This non-profit, 20+ bed hospital boasts services such as primary care, emergency services and rehabilitative care. The RN House Supervisor will supervise and coordinate all patient care, ensuring the utmost quality and efficiency of care during their shift. The Administrative Nurse Supervisor will be the nurse-in-charge in the absence of the nurse manager to maintain the efficacy of the department. They will be responsible for anticipating issues and being a problem-solver on the unit, while being the go-to-person during their shift.
