Web Team Lead - (Richmond, VA)

The Web Team Lead (aka full-stack developer) is adept at both front- and Back End development and reports to the Enterprise Manager, Web Engagement. This position handles all stages of web development from conception to deployment and is responsible for executing approved web solutions and the overall digital strategy in collaboration with the Enterprise Manager. Represents the digital team in the day-to-day execution of approved web projects and handles problem resolution related to both Back End and Front End issues. Works closely with stakeholders, corporate communications and the IT. team to develop and implement the optimal customer experience. Defines and implements GUI (Graphical User Interface) application development for Estes web sites. Assists with the prioritization and allocation of digital resources as needed to accomplish approved web projects and day-to-day tasks. Builds custom dynamic and static web sites and/or microsites. Monitors and analyzes web siteresults and recommends improvements.
