Director of Finance and Administration For The Borough Of Ephrata The Borough of Ephrata is a small community (Pop. 13,000) located in northern Lancaster County, PA. Ephrata is located within 1-2 hours from three major cities: Philadelphia, Baltimore and New York. As Chief Financial Officer for Ephrata Borough, Ephrata Area Joint Authority (EAJA) and Ephrata Borough Authority you will plan, organize and manage financial functions, establish policies and procedures and assure effective and appropriate fund investment and cash management. You will have oversite of the Business Office, IT and 1 Administrative Assistant. This position necessitates a Bachelors degree in Finance, Public Administration or other related position with a min of 5yrs of background in management, finance matters and public administration to assure a strong knowledge of current technologies relating to data processing, budget and finance operations.
