The most important responsibility of this position is to assist with regulatory compliance matters for the Corporation. What You Need To Know Assists in managing the daily activities of employees in the Compliance Department and assist with the supervision of the attorneys providing support to designated business units Coordinates and conducts legal and regulatory research on questions related to mortgage lending, licensing and documentation required for mortgage lending activities Maintains state lending parameter research documentation and legislative tracking reports Provides support to the Servicing Department and Details Technology Department with creation of documents, systems, forms, etc.
